I have been in management my entire life and I am probably one of the worst critics when it comes to other peoples leadership skills. But you, Eric, have a talent for leadership.
The inspiration you share with these children will live with them forever. I can not tell you how proud we are to have you on our team and in our community.
Keep up the great job.

I would like to share with you comments I have been told from parents, grandparents and families about your two lightweight coaches over the past two weekends.
My brother-in-law Lenny Smid for starters told me he has never seen coaches respond so well to kids and they work great together. My father who came for the first time yesterday told me they don't make coaches like them anymore.
One of the kids grandparents and another set of parents commented on how calm and patient Tony and Frank are with the kids, they keep their hopes up and the torch lit throughout the game.
Another parent stated whether at practice or a game, Frank and Tony always patiently work with their team, if a player is having difficulties, they go that extra mile to explain until the player understands.
Their team spirit is what makes this team possible the proof was in yesterdays game.
Keep up the good work Frank and Tony - your hard efforts are paying off and being noticed by your fans on the field.
Best Regards

Thanks for sending this out Mike and Gina! Once again you are a master of communication. I’ve been involved with a ton on sports orgs and by FAR you rate #1!
Really; I must agree that the little guys are a team of winners. They are getting used to the game as a composite of assignments that are very difficult to coordinate, especially at this level.
Every parent should be proud of the effort of their boys regardless of their personal familiarity with the game. The boys were literally learning the game before our eyes. Game 2 today showed a lot about the character of each player. Geno, Mikey P had tough assignments and delivered the skill necessary when they were asked in the huddle to dig down deep and said “yes we can do that.” We don’t need to mention the value of Kyle Shepard to a tremendous offensive effort. That kid is serious footballer and very coachable. The Blue got more first downs than we have ever seen from any of the in-house squads. Alex, Jack, and Michael A are growing in their understanding of ‘containment’ for crying out loud. Jake, Nathan, Caden, are developing a superb feel for defense. Honestly; I don’t know how they learn this stuff but they ‘get it’. Alec is just a rock, someone who is dependable whenever he’s called upon, while poor Connor was moved from the left side, to the right side and back left so many times it made my head spin, but; he blocked in the direction he was supposed to block and opened huge running lanes which Kyle saw and took advantage of, especially in the second half of the second game when everyone was dead tired.
Fantastic effort from everyone. This is truly a family effort in a family organization. We all walk away with something intangible that can’t be written down in wins and losses.
Well Done Folks,
Patrick Grogan (Caden’s dad)
