If you were unable to attend the Equipment Pick-up in June and need to pick up your football equipment, there will be one more Equipment Pick-up on Saturday, July 18th from 8:30 am to 11:00 am at our storage facility, U-Store-It, 900 E. Devon, Bartlett, IL.
Your child/children will need to attend with you, as they will need to be fitted for their helmets and other items.
Also, please bring:
-Payment for any balance due
-Payment for raffle ($120 per family)
-Separate post-dated check-12/1/09 for equipment security deposit – will be returned to you at end of season
-Copy of Birth Certificate
